Responsibilities:
Supporting business leaders in formulating manpower plans and people strategies that support growth and transformation;
Leading key HR initiatives, from policy development to change management;
Providing thoughtful, practical guidance on performance management;
Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and tribunal cases;
Driving analyses and generating actionable insights to spot trends early and recommend viable actions;
Supervising and developing team members, creating a collaborative and empowered environment;
Driving for results, delivering on timelines while balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs;
Supporting cross?functional and ad?hoc projects that contribute to organisational development.
Requirements:
Degree in HR Management or related disciplines with 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role;
Strong working knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation;
High learning agility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the sensitivity to work effectively with people at all levels;
A track record of resourcefulness, good judgment and achieving outcomes in challenging scenarios;
Experience interpreting large volume of data and turning insights into actionable recommendations;
Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
